Lake District - 4th April (Easter Saturday)

5 Wainwrights | 10 Miles | Saturday 4th April (Easter Saturday)

Hike Club 7 takes us back to the heart of the Lake District for a proper mountain day out — five Wainwrights, big views, and that feeling you only get from earning every summit.

We begin at the iconic Surprise View, dropping straight into panoramic scenes across Derwentwater before climbing onto our first summit, Walla Crag. From there, the adventure rolls on across High Seat, Bleaberry Fell, High Tove, and Armboth Fell — five Wainwrights linked together in one flowing, rewarding ridge day.

Expect open fell walking, steady climbs, wild landscapes and uninterrupted views across Borrowdale, Thirlmere and the surrounding peaks. This is a 10-mile route that will get the legs working and the lungs open — but it’s absolutely worth every step.

As always, Hike Club is about more than just miles. It’s about switching off the noise, connecting with good people, and building that quiet mountain confidence together.

If you’re ready for a bigger day in the fells this Easter Saturday, this one’s not to miss.

Good for body, better for mind.
